Job summary

Assist in managing complex commercial and industrial construction projects, supporting project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Project Manager will support the project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout, managing day-to-day operations and subcontractor coordination. They will also oversee project documentation, budget tracking, and ensure safety and quality compliance through regular site visits.

Qualifications

Blueprint Reading Civil Engineering Communication Skills Construction Management Microsoft Office MS Project Problem Solving Project Coordination Safety Standards Scheduling

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction is preferred, along with proficiency in scheduling software and blueprint interpretation.
