Job summary

Lead onboarding for North American hotels transitioning to Cloudbeds, managing a team, overseeing key accounts from contract to go-live, and ensuring high deployment quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

You will lead and coach a regional team of Onboarding Project Managers and Mid-Market Coaches to ensure successful customer implementation and high-quality onboarding experiences. Additionally, you will personally oversee strategic accounts, manage escalations, and partner with cross-functional leadership to drive regional performance metrics.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality technology and 2+ years of direct management experience in onboarding or customer success.
