Job summary

A registered nurse provides patient care support in a primary care and behavioral health clinic, including vital signs, education, medication administration, blood draws, and data management to support wellness and disease management.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care, including obtaining vital signs, administering medications, and performing lab work. They will also assist in care coordination, patient education, and maintaining accurate health records within the electronic medical record system.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a degree from a nursing program and a current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire. A current BLS certification is required at the time of hire, and one year of nursing experience is preferred.
