The role involves leading and developing a team of Sales Engineers supporting enterprise sales, driving technical sales execution, building partnerships, and engaging with enterprise customers, requiring strong cybersecurity and sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Engineers while driving consistent technical execution across complex sales cycles. Partner with Sales leadership to improve customer engagement, technical validation, and overall win rates.

Qualifications

Requires 8+ years of experience in technical go-to-market roles with a strong cybersecurity foundation and 3+ years of leadership experience. Candidates should possess the ability to build scalable processes and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
