Responsibilities

The Regional Engineer is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery to ensure operational efficiency. They will also lead projects, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Midlands region.

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience working in a food factory environment and possess a completed apprenticeship. Strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a solid understanding of health and safety requirements are essential.
