Job summary

The Implementation Manager owns the end-to-end onboarding and delivery process for SaaS clients, managing technical delivery, client discovery, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementations within fintech or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Specialist will manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for clients, serving as the primary point of contact from contract signing through go-live. They will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate client requirements into technical specifications, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
