Job summary

Residential Counselors provide support services to clients living with Serious Mental Illness and in various stages of recovery in a 24-hour congregate setting, performing assessments, escorting clients, and serving as a liaison for other services, with a focus on compliance with mental health regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide support and assist clients with their daily needs in a residential setting following regulations and policies. Perform assessments and coordinate services for clients.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with two years of case management experience, preferably with the SMI population. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
