Qualifications

Data Interpretation Employee Relations HR Business Partner Leadership Development Organisational Change Stakeholder Management Strategic Planning UK Employment Law

Candidates must have significant experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, multi-site environment with strong knowledge of UK employment law. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience is required, along with a proven track record in leadership development and organizational change.
