Job summary

The Therapist role involves providing comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services through assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapy sessions to support client well-being in a collaborative environment, requiring licensure in social work, counseling, or related fields.

Responsibilities

The therapist will provide individual, group, and family counseling services while conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. They are also responsible for managing caseloads, documenting clinical services, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications
