Job summary

The Sales Manager will lead and support a sales team to grow the business, improve sales performance, and strengthen customer relationships. The role requires proven leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication skills in a multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

You will lead and coach a team of Account Managers to drive sales performance, market share growth, and customer retention. Additionally, you will partner across the business to ensure alignment on CRM usage, safety initiatives, and operational execution.
