Job summary

Lead and deliver advanced piping engineering activities for complex industrial energy projects, ensuring technical excellence, code compliance, and effective team collaboration. Manage design scopes, guide engineers, support decision-making, and improve piping practices, focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and costs.

Responsibilities

Lead and review piping engineering and design for complex industrial and energy projects, including layouts, stress analysis, 3D models, technical deliverables, and compliance with applicable codes and client requirements. Guide engineers and designers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external parties, and provide technical support through project development, construction, installation, and testing.

Qualifications

AutoCAD Plant Caesar II NAVIS Software PDMS/E3D Piping codes and standards Piping design SmartPlant 3D Stress analysis

Requires approximately 6–10+ years of piping design and engineering experience in industrial plants, a mechanical engineering degree, strong knowledge of applicable piping codes, and proficiency with piping design and stress analysis software. A U.S. state Professional Engineer license is required, with Texas licensure preferred; tank and terminal storage facility design experience is also sought.
