Job summary

Our Summer Associate Program is a nine to ten week summer internship for students pursuing an advanced degree such as MBA, PhD, JD, MD or LLM. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities. As a participant, you will: Attend orientation, receive training, and work on real responsibilities alongside interns and staff. Our Investment Banking teams provide strategic advice and financing solutions for mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, refinancing, and risk management, aiming to be a trusted advisor and deliver high-quality execution. Build long-term client relationships, drive returns, and foster a diverse, meritocratic workplace.

Responsibilities

Participants will be fully immersed in daily investment banking activities, including advising on mergers, acquisitions, and financing solutions. Interns will work on real responsibilities alongside team members to deliver strategic advice and execution for clients.

Qualifications

Applicants must be students currently pursuing an advanced degree such as an MBA, PhD, JD, MD, or LLM. Candidates should demonstrate resourcefulness and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
