Job summary

An Account Manager manages territory-based accounts, strengthens relationships with referral sources and community partners, supports patient documentation and authorization processes, and drives referral growth in a healthcare setting, focusing on improving patient outcomes and ensuring service excellence. This role involves face-to-face and virtual meetings, keeping accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams, requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned territory accounts and referral relationships to grow referrals, revenue, and service-line access for medically fragile pediatric patients. Coordinate documentation and authorizations, support patient education and service resolution, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams while meeting territory targets and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; prior sales experience is strongly encouraged, and bilingual skills are preferred.
