Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and providing patient care in a telemetry unit, collaborating with healthcare team members, and maintaining compliance with standards and certifications.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patients, developing and modifying care plans, and performing complex patient-care procedures. They work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, individualized patient care within a telemetry unit.

Qualifications

BLS certification care planning complex patient care procedures medical standards nursing process patient assessment team collaboration

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing or Compact State license. A minimum of BLS certification is required, and prior acute care experience is preferred.
