Job summary

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers home healthcare for pediatric and adult clients, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, executing doctors' orders, documenting observations, and providing hands-on care in clients' homes across Cape-Atlantic County, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse will travel to client homes to provide one-to-one skilled nursing care, including performing assessments and monitoring patient conditions. They are responsible for executing and documenting doctors' orders and interventions while building professional relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications
