RN, Registered Nurse Heart and Vascular

Deliver specialty nursing care in accordance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards, while coordinating with cardiology physicians, patients, families, and other care disciplines. Educate patients and families about care continuity, procedures, and medications, oversee clinical in-basket coverage through Epic, and complete prior authorization, FMLA, and disability paperwork.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing school and hold a current Ohio Registered Nurse license in good standing. Two years of RN experience are required; one year in a medical office or cardiology is preferred, along with the ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegating and supervising team members.
