Job summary

Build with us. The Treasury Manager will develop and implement Mollie's Asset & Liability Management framework. Responsible for liquidity risk, interest rate risk, credit spread risk, and balance sheet strategy, with direct impact on Mollie's regulatory and financial stability.

Responsibilities

Build Mollie's Asset and Liability Management function and establish its liquidity risk, interest rate risk, credit spread risk, funding, and balance sheet frameworks. Develop regulatory-ready policies, models, stress tests, and reporting, and advise senior leaders while partnering with Finance, Risk, and external advisors.

Qualifications

ALM Credit spread risk Excel Financial modelling Interest rate risk Liquidity risk Treasury

Candidates should have around five or more years of experience in Treasury, ALM, or balance sheet risk management, ideally in banking or a relevant fintech, payment services provider, or consultancy. They should bring knowledge of liquidity and/or banking book interest rate risk, strong quantitative and Excel modeling skills, the ability to build frameworks from scratch, and confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
