Job summary

Senior Project Manager responsible for leading hyperscale customer projects, coordinating engineering activities across departments, and supporting strategic objectives of the Databar business within the electrical manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of hyperscale customer projects, coordinating teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and site operations while managing schedules, costs, risks, changes, and client relationships. Establish project governance and reporting, oversee project and financial performance, and mentor Project Managers to support consistent delivery and the Databar business strategy.

Applicants need a relevant third-level qualification or electrical trade qualification and at least five years of project management experience in the electrical manufacturing industry; project management qualifications and AutoCAD experience are also sought. Strong people leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to understand electrical schematics and specifications; data center and electrical power systems knowledge, bar product experience, and willingness to travel within EMEA are advantageous or expected.
