Responsibilities

The Regional Engineer is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery to ensure operational efficiency and minimal downtime. They will also lead projects, conduct risk assessments, and support the training and development of team members within the Midlands region.

Qualifications

Computer Literacy Continuous Improvement Equipment Efficiency Improvement Fault Diagnosis Preventive Maintenance Production Machinery Knowledge Safety and Risk Assessments Teamwork and Leadership Training and Development Troubleshooting

Candidates should have experience in a food factory environment and possess strong technical skills in machinery maintenance and fault diagnosis. A completed apprenticeship is desirable, along with basic computer literacy and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
