Responsibilities

The Staff NPI Engineer is responsible for guiding hardware from concept review through to low-volume manufacturing and ensuring end-to-end assembly process readiness. They act as a liaison between design and manufacturing teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Design for Assembly (DFA) Design for Cost Design for Inspection/Test (DFI/T) Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Design for Service/Repair/Maintenance (DFS/R/M) Kaizen Manufacturing Process Control Optical Alignment Quality Control SPC

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering roles within high-volume production environments. Proficiency in quality control processes, manufacturing documentation, and cross-functional collaboration is essential for this role.
