The Director of Sales will lead Vanilla's mid-market and high-net-worth client sales teams, personally engage with clients and prospects, develop and enforce sales strategies, manage pipeline generation, and optimize sales processes and team performance, focusing on fast-moving, volume-driven sales cycles.

Responsibilities

The Director of Sales will lead mid-market and HNW/family office sales teams while personally engaging in high-stakes client negotiations and competitive deals. They are responsible for implementing sales methodologies, managing pipeline generation, and driving forecast accuracy to meet revenue targets.
