Job summary

The Southeast Regional Lead for Customer Delivery at Peregrine is responsible for managing the full customer implementation lifecycle, leading a team of deployment strategists, driving customer adoption, ensuring renewal and growth, and partnering with sales for expansion in the region. The role requires deep understanding of enterprise software deployment, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

This role involves owning and managing the full customer delivery lifecycle within a region, including kickoff, workflow development, adoption, renewal, and growth, while managing a team of Deployment Strategists, Customer Advocates, and Trainers. The lead is accountable for achieving region-specific customer impact, delivery, and growth goals by rigorously unblocking deployments and driving innovation.

Candidates must have 5+ years in enterprise software delivery, consulting, or business operations leadership, including at least 2 years managing customer-facing teams, with a demonstrated track record owning end-to-end customer outcomes like time to value and expansion. Technical capability to coach data engineering teams is necessary, along with a willingness to travel regularly within the region (approximately 50%).
