Job summary

Engage with guests and resort owners to promote vacation ownership and schedule presentations, providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

Engage owners, resort guests, and visitors to understand their vacation interests, provide local recommendations, and invite qualified guests to vacation ownership presentations, previews, and promotional packages. Maintain accurate guest and appointment records, represent Hilton Grand Vacations professionally, and meet performance goals through quality interactions and appointment generation.

Requires at least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, concierge services, retail, tourism, or another customer-facing environment, along with two years of customer service experience. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, strong communication and relationship-building skills, intermediate computer skills, and availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
