This role involves leading root cause analysis, managing material review boards, and driving the transition from new product introduction to high-rate manufacturing.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field and possess experience in high-velocity vehicle systems. Proficiency in quality methodologies such as FMEA, APQP, and PPAP, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance, is required.
