Job summary

The Contracts Lead – Capital Projects manages sourcing, drafting, negotiation, and administration of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for capital projects. The role involves coordinating contract documents, supporting project teams, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and overseeing contract progression from bidding to closeout, primarily within EPC and construction services.

Responsibilities

The Contracts Lead is responsible for sourcing, drafting, negotiating, and administering Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts for capital projects. This role coordinates contract documentation, manages commercial risks, and collaborates with project teams and legal partners to ensure effective project delivery.
