Job summary

The Data Center Site Manager at Nebius is responsible for the end-to-end reliability, safety, capacity, and performance of a flagship US data center. Key duties include leadership of operations teams, incident management, reliability engineering, capacity planning, automation, and cross-functional partnerships to optimize performance, safety, and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities

The Data Center Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, capacity, and performance of a flagship U.S. site. This includes leading a multi-disciplinary operations team and managing various aspects of data center operations.

Qualifications

BMS/EPMS/DCIM Chillers/CRAC/CRAH Controls Electrical Engineering Fire detection/suppression HVAC Incident management Mechanical Engineering Structured cabling UPS/generators/switchgear

Candidates should have an associate's degree or trade certification in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems, with 5 years specifically in data centers. Strong leadership skills and hands-on technical knowledge are essential.
