Job summary

Solution Engineer role supporting sales in demonstrating and implementing SaaS solutions, with a focus on customer engagement, technical demonstrations, and solution customization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to support prospective customers through technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and the evaluation process. Gather customer requirements to inform product development and manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.

Qualifications

Requires 2+ years of experience as a Sales or Solutions Engineer, preferably in the SaaS industry. Candidates must possess a strong technical background in cloud systems, API workflows, and excellent communication skills.
