Job summary

The AI Technical Product Manager - Digital Banking leads product development within a fintech, transforming visions into functioning software by leveraging AI-assisted workflows. Responsible for designing system behavior, APIs, and data models, collaborating with architects and shippers, and owning end-to-end product specifications and implementations in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

You will act as the primary builder in a squad triad, responsible for transforming product vision into shippable software using AI-assisted workflows. You will design system behavior, author technical specifications, and collaborate with architects and shippers to deliver high-quality digital banking solutions.

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in fintech or banking product/engineering roles with a strong background in digital banking platforms. You must possess hands-on technical fluency, an AI-first mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-autonomy, remote environment.
