Job summary

Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes in an industrial plant, developing process improvements, managing capital projects, and supporting automation and equipment performance in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Engineer will plan and coordinate manufacturing processes, including facility layout optimization and the implementation of process improvements. They will also lead capital expenditure projects from concept through commissioning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency.

Qualifications

Assembly and Installation AutoCAD Automation Systems Capacity Planning Electrical Controls Manufacturing Processes PLC Programming Project Management Root Cause Analysis Troubleshooting

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, and possess 3-5 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PLC programming, and capital project management is required.
