Job summary

Braze is seeking a highly experienced Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead development of ML and AI solutions for personalized customer engagement, manage large-scale ML infrastructure, and drive strategic initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

You will lead the development of ML and AI-enhanced marketing solutions from prototype to production while building the underlying ML platform. You are responsible for driving transformative technical initiatives, setting the team's technical vision, and mentoring senior engineers.

Qualifications

Data Science Distributed Systems Machine Learning ML Platform Tools (MLflow, Ray, Feature Stores) ML Systems Model Deployment Model Lifecycle Management Model Training PyTorch TensorFlow

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience building production ML systems with hands-on expertise in data science and ML engineering. You should possess strong distributed systems fundamentals and experience deploying predictive models using frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow.
