Job summary

The Director of Air Operations will oversee the operational, commercial, and technical aspects of the Air operating unit, managing product and service portfolios related to ventilation, air quality, and compliance services. The role involves building a scalable operating model, leading field teams, driving revenue growth, and shaping technology roadmaps for future expansion.

Responsibilities

You will lead the creation and growth of the Air operating unit, holding end-to-end accountability for operational, commercial, and technical performance. This involves building a scalable operating model, managing field delivery teams, and driving recurring revenue streams to meet annual growth targets.

Qualifications

The role requires a proven track record in senior field service leadership with extensive P&L accountability and experience in scaling operational units. A full UK driving licence is essential, along with a willingness to travel nationally across customer and operational sites.
