Job summary

The Senior Mechanical Project Manager oversees the delivery of mechanical building services projects in Glasgow or Edinburgh, managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships, with responsibilities including risk management, health and safety, procurement, and client communication.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through completion, managing programmes, budgets, resources, risks, quality, safety, and compliance. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and commercial colleagues, and provide project performance updates and forecasts to senior management.

Candidates should have strong experience managing mechanical building services projects in an M&E or building services contractor environment, with knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and related systems.
