AiApply: The Best Platform to Automate Your Job Applications

AiApply is an AI-powered job search platform that finds roles matching your criteria and applies to them for you, with a resume and cover letter tailored to every posting, plus tools for resumes, cover letters, and interview prep.

This page answers the most common questions about AiApply, from how Auto Apply works to pricing, job matching, resumes and cover letters, interview tools, results, and managing your account.

About AiApply

What is AiApply?

AiApply is an AI-powered job search platform that automates and speeds up how you apply for jobs. Its core product, Auto Apply, finds roles that match your criteria and submits full applications on your behalf, including a resume and cover letter tailored to each posting. Around that, AiApply offers a Resume Builder, Cover Letter Generator, Application Kit, a Mock Interview tool, and Interview Buddy, a live interview assistant. The goal is a faster, more effective job search: apply to more relevant roles in less time, with ATS-optimized materials.

What can I do with AiApply?

AiApply brings your whole job search into one place. Auto Apply submits applications for you, up to 70 a day, each with a customized resume and a cover letter when the role asks for one. Premium (the AiApply Toolkit) adds a Resume Builder, Cover Letter Generator, Application Kit, and Mock Interview tool for working on individual applications yourself. Interview Buddy gives real-time help during live interviews. These are sold as separate subscriptions and can be used together or on their own, depending on your plan.

Who is AiApply for?

AiApply is for active job seekers who want to apply to more roles without spending hours on each application, from new graduates targeting entry-level positions to experienced professionals and executives. It works worldwide and across industries, though the number of openings varies by country and local job market. Entry-level roles are supported; internships currently are not.

Is AiApply legit and safe to use?

Yes. AiApply applies to real jobs on your behalf using the information and preferences you provide, and everything (your resume, application form, preferences, and submissions) is tied to your individual account. Generated resumes are ATS-friendly and carry no AiApply branding or watermark, and you can review exactly what was submitted for any application from your dashboard under the Review tab. Accounts are individual and should not be shared, so your information stays your own.

How AiApply compares

How does AiApply compare to other tools?

AiApply focuses on the whole application workflow rather than a single piece of it: it finds and applies to roles for you, tailors your resume and cover letter to each posting, and adds interview prep. Compared with LinkedIn Premium, which centres on networking and visibility inside LinkedIn, AiApply applies to roles across many sources on your behalf and customises your materials per role. Compared with applying manually, it does at scale, up to 70 applications a day, what would take hours per role by hand. Many people use AiApply alongside other tools, letting it handle volume while they hand-craft a few priority applications.

AiApply vs LinkedIn Premium: which should I use?

They solve different problems, so the choice depends on what you need. LinkedIn Premium is built around LinkedIn itself: InMail credits, profile insights, "who viewed you," and seeing how you compare to other applicants on LinkedIn job postings. AiApply is built around the application workflow itself: Auto Apply submits applications to jobs on your behalf across multiple sources, Auto Customize tailors your resume and cover letter to each posting, and Premium gives you a Resume Builder, Cover Letter Generator, Application Kit, and Mock Interview Tool. If you want better visibility and networking inside LinkedIn, LinkedIn Premium is the fit. If you want to apply to more roles faster with tailored materials and interview prep, AiApply is the fit. The two aren't mutually exclusive: many users run both.

Is AiApply better than applying manually?

AiApply is built to do at scale what manual applying does one role at a time. Auto Apply can submit up to 70 applications per day based on your criteria, with each application getting a customized resume (with the tailoring subscription) and a tailored cover letter when one is requested, work that would take hours per role to do by hand. Beyond volume, you also get supporting tools manual applying doesn't include: Mock Interviews for practice, Interview Buddy for real-time help in live interviews, and an inbox that tracks invitations and assessment requests. Manual applying still has advantages for a small number of high-priority roles where you want to invest deeply per application, which is why some users combine both, letting Auto Apply handle volume while hand-crafting the few applications they care about most.

Free trial & getting started

Is there a free trial?

We don't currently offer a free trial. However, you can create a free subscription to try some of our tools with limited access, including up to two mock interviews, the job board, saving jobs you're interested in, and a limited number of cover letters.

What can I do on AiApply before paying?

Before purchasing, you can create up to two mock interviews, use the job board, save jobs you're interested in, and create a limited number of cover letters. The Resume Builder is not available on the free tier.

How do I get resume and cover letter help for free?

The Resume Builder isn't currently available for free. You can, however, create cover letters with limited free access before purchasing a subscription. For full access to the Resume Builder, Cover Letter Generator, Application Kit, and Mock Interview Tool, you'd need a Premium subscription (USD 29/month or USD 144/year).

What's the fastest way to see if AiApply works for me?

The fastest way to see if AiApply works for you is to try Auto Apply directly. Once your subscription is active and your application form is completed, the tool can begin applying to jobs the same day. Depending on your criteria and market demand, some users start receiving interview invitations within the first week.

Pricing & billing

How much does AiApply cost?

AiApply pricing depends on the product. Premium (the AiApply Toolkit) is USD 29/month or USD 144/year, and includes the Resume Builder, Cover Letter Generator, Application Kit, and Mock Interview Tool. Interview Buddy, a separate product, is USD 19/month or USD 99/year. Auto Apply is also sold as a separate subscription, with plans tied to application volume (100, 250, 600, 750, 1,000, or 2,000 applications). Auto Customize (resume and cover letter tailoring for Auto Apply) is an additional subscription on top of Auto Apply. Premium and Auto Apply can be combined.

Are there hidden fees?

The final total, including VAT, is displayed on the checkout page before payment is completed, so you can review the full charge before confirming. Note that some features are sold as separate subscriptions rather than bundled: Auto Apply, Premium, Interview Buddy, and the Auto Customize resume/cover letter tailoring add-ons are each priced independently. Customized resume and customized cover letter subscriptions also work independently of each other, so signing up for one does not automatically include the other.

What's included in my subscription vs. what costs extra?

Premium includes the AiApply Toolkit: Resume Builder, Cover Letter Generator, Application Kit, and Mock Interview Tool. Auto Apply is a separate product that applies to jobs on your behalf. Interview Buddy (live interview assistant) is also separate from both. Within Auto Apply, customized resumes require an additional tailoring subscription; customized cover letters are also a separate tailoring subscription, and the two work independently. Customizations are not capped separately: each plan includes one customized resume and one customized cover letter per application in the plan's volume (100 to 2,000).

Why was I charged more than my subscription price?

The final total including VAT is shown on the checkout page before payment, so taxes may explain a charge that's higher than the base subscription price. If the difference isn't explained by VAT, contact support through the website chat so the team can review your specific case.

Can I pay monthly, or is there an annual lock-in?

Both options exist. Premium is available at USD 29/month or USD 144/year. Interview Buddy is available at USD 19/month or USD 99/year. You can also switch from a yearly Premium Subscription to a monthly Premium Subscription by contacting support through the website chat.

Does AiApply offer local currency pricing?

All subscriptions are charged in USD. You may see an estimated price in your local currency, but all payments are processed in USD.

Is AiApply worth it if I'm currently unemployed?

When you're between jobs, the value comes down to speed and cost control. Auto Apply can submit up to 70 applications a day starting the same day your form is complete, compressing weeks of manual applying into days when landing a role quickly matters most, and some users start receiving interview invitations within the first week. Pricing is flexible so you're not locked in: Premium is available monthly (USD 29/month) as well as annually, and Auto Apply plans are sized by application volume, so you can match spend to how aggressively you want to search. If budget is tight, you can start on the free tier (job board, saved jobs, up to two mock interviews, and a limited number of cover letters) before committing to a paid plan.

How do I view my past invoices?

You can view and download your invoices and receipts at the billing portal: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/8wMaIF5gOdHkfrqaEE. Once logged in, you'll have access to your billing history, individual invoices, and payment details. To check your current subscription plan and renewal date, go to Settings, then Billing in your account.

How Auto Apply works

How does Auto Apply work?

Auto Apply automatically applies to jobs on your behalf based on a form you complete and the preferences you set. After you purchase a subscription and finish the form, the system searches for matching jobs and submits applications up to a daily limit of 70. The most compatible jobs are prioritized first, so fit scores are typically higher early on. You can run it in Auto Mode (fully automated), Hybrid Mode (high-fit jobs auto-submitted, lower-fit jobs need approval), or Review Mode (you approve every application). Each plan includes a fixed application volume (100, 250, 600, 750, 1,000, or 2,000) and progress is tracked from the Auto Apply dashboard.

How long does it take for AiApply to start submitting applications?

Once your subscription is purchased and the form is complete, Auto Apply can start submitting the same day. The daily limit is 70 applications, so users on Auto Mode with flexible criteria can generally expect up to 70 applications in the first 24 hours. The daily count will be lower if you're in Review Mode or Hybrid Mode (which require manual approvals), or if your criteria are very strict, for example narrow location preferences, very specific titles, or seniority levels. If few jobs are being found, broadening criteria slightly is the recommended fix. Users on 100- or 250-application plans on Auto Mode with flexible criteria may complete their full queue within the first week.

Which version of my resume gets sent to each job?

If you have the Customized Resume tool enabled, Auto Apply automatically generates a job-specific resume for each application using your profile information and the job posting. If you don't have customized resumes enabled, the resume uploaded in your form (or selected via "Use This Resume" in Quick Settings) is used for every application. For best results with customized resumes, complete and edit the resume generated by the system first, since each tailored version is built from that base resume. You can review the exact resume submitted for any application from your dashboard under the Review tab of the job.

Can I preview my application before it's submitted?

Yes, by using Review Mode or Hybrid Mode in Auto Apply. In Review Mode, every suggested job requires manual approval before the application is submitted, giving you maximum control. In Hybrid Mode, jobs with a fit score of 75%+ are submitted automatically, while lower-fit jobs are held for your approval. In Auto Mode, applications go out without manual approval. After applications are submitted, you can also review the exact resume, cover letter, and any application questions used by opening the job from your dashboard and clicking the Review tab.

Does AiApply fill in full application forms, or just send a resume?

Auto Apply handles full applications, not just resume submissions. Beyond the resume, the system generates and submits a customized cover letter whenever the job application requests one, and answers application questions during the process. Those answered questions are visible in the Review tab of each job on your dashboard. If an assessment is required on a company portal, the application details will include the login credentials needed to access it, and you can find those by checking your Auto Apply inbox.

Can I use a hybrid mode to auto-apply to some jobs and review others?

Yes. Hybrid Mode is built for exactly this. In Hybrid Mode, jobs with a high fit score (75%+ match) are automatically submitted on your behalf, while lower fit score jobs require your manual approval before applying. It's the middle-ground option between Auto Mode (fully automated, no approvals) and Review Mode (every job needs approval). You can switch modes at any time from Preferences, then Quick Settings; changes take effect instantly. Note that if you switch from Auto Mode to Review Mode, any applications already approved before the change may still be submitted.

How do I know if my form is complete?

Check your queue status on the Auto Apply dashboard. If it shows "Pending," the subscription has been purchased but the form is not yet complete. Any other status (Applying, Done, Paused) means the form has been submitted. Once the form is done, the system can begin searching for jobs and submitting applications, up to the daily limit of 70.

Can I run Auto Apply for multiple job titles at once?

Yes. From Preferences, then Quick Settings, you can update your job titles (plural). The system uses those titles, along with your other criteria, to find and apply to matching roles. Adding multiple titles is one way to broaden criteria if too few jobs are being found, since narrow title preferences are one of the strict-criteria signals that reduce daily application volume.

What happens when my queue is "Done"? Can I add more?

"Done" means all purchased applications in your plan have been submitted (e.g., 100, 250, 600, 750, 1,000, or 2,000 depending on the plan). You have two options to keep going: wait until your subscription renews and your credits reset, or click the "Buy More Credits" button on the right side of the Auto Apply dashboard to purchase additional credits as an upgrade. You cannot repurchase the exact same subscription while it's still active; if you want the same volume again, you'll need to wait for renewal.

How often does Auto Apply check for new jobs?

Continuously, while your queue is in the Applying status. There's no schedule or batch window: the system searches for new matches against your criteria and submits applications in the background, up to the daily limit of 70. You don't need to refresh or trigger anything manually; just check the Auto Apply dashboard whenever you want to see progress. The most compatible jobs are prioritized first, so fit scores tend to be highest in the early days and may decrease slightly as the queue progresses.

Will Auto Apply apply to the same job twice?

No. Auto Apply tracks every job it has already submitted to and won't apply to the same posting again. You can verify this yourself from the Auto Apply dashboard: open "Your Jobs" and use the "Applied" filter to see every job that has already been applied to, along with its application details. If you ever see what looks like a duplicate, it's almost always the same role posted on a different site or under a slightly different title; contact support if you want a specific case reviewed.

What happens if Auto Apply finds zero matching jobs?

When few or no jobs are being found, the cause is almost always criteria that are too strict. The most common culprits are narrow location preferences, very specific job titles, or tight seniority levels. The fix is to broaden your criteria from Preferences, then Job Preferences: add adjacent or related job titles, expand your location radius (or enable remote roles), and loosen seniority filters where it makes sense. Changes take effect immediately, so the next search cycle will use the updated criteria. If you've broadened criteria and the issue persists, contact support to review your specific setup.

Can I review every customized resume before it's sent?

Not before submission: customized resumes are generated and sent as part of each application, so there's no pre-send approval step. You can, however, review exactly what was submitted for any application after the fact: open the job from your dashboard and click the Review tab to see the customized resume, the cover letter, and any application questions answered.

Job matching & control

Will AiApply apply to jobs I don't want?

You control this through your criteria and tool mode. In Auto Mode, the system applies automatically based on your form and preferences, so the closer your criteria reflect what you actually want, the fewer off-target applications you'll see. If you want full control, Review Mode requires manual approval for every suggested job. When you reject a job, completing the feedback form afterward is important: you can flag the reason (Expired, Company, Location, Salary, Job Title, Seniority, Your Skillset), and the AI uses that to improve future matches. You can update your criteria at any time from Preferences, then Quick Settings or Job Preferences, and changes take effect immediately.

How does AiApply know which jobs I'm qualified for?

Auto Apply uses the form and preferences you set up, including job titles, location preferences, salary expectations, and your resume, to identify matches. The most compatible jobs are prioritized first, which is why fit scores are typically higher in the first few days and may decrease slightly as the queue progresses. The AI also learns from your feedback: when you reject a suggested job and specify the reason (Expired, Company, Location, Salary, Job Title, Seniority, Your Skillset), that signal improves future recommendations.

Can I exclude specific companies?

Yes. When completing the form, you can add companies you'd like to exclude from your search. Enter the company's full name without abbreviations to make sure the exclusion is recognized properly. If you want to add more excluded companies later, go to Preferences and update your settings there.

How do I set my job preferences?

Go to your dashboard and click Preferences, which redirects you to Quick Settings. From Quick Settings, you can update your application mode, enable email forwarding, change your resume, and update your job titles. For more detailed changes (location preferences, profile photo, salary expectations, and more) click Job Preferences. Any changes you make take effect immediately, and if Auto Apply is already running, it will use your updated preferences for future matches right away.

What if AiApply applies to jobs in the wrong industry?

Update your criteria in Preferences, then Job Preferences, and when you reject mismatched suggestions, complete the feedback form and select the relevant reason (such as Job Title or Your Skillset). The AI uses these signals to improve future recommendations. Changes to criteria take effect immediately for new matches. If the problem persists, contact support through the website chat so the team can review your case.

What if I keep getting applied to roles missing required certifications?

Reject those suggestions and complete the feedback form afterward, selecting Your Skillset or Seniority as the reason; that feedback helps the AI improve future matches. You can also refine your criteria in Job Preferences to tighten job titles, seniority, and other filters. Changes take effect immediately. If the issue continues, contact support through the website chat to review your specific case.

Can I apply to remote-only jobs?

Yes, you can apply to both remote and onsite/hybrid jobs through Auto Apply. You can even mix modalities: for example, applying remotely to roles in a country you're interested in, and onsite or hybrid to roles near your own city or area. Location and work-mode preferences are configured in Job Preferences (Preferences, then Job Preferences from your dashboard) and take effect immediately.

Why did one of my applications fail or not go through?

Applications can fail for reasons outside the tool's control, for example a site error on the employer's portal, an issue with the application form, or a posting that expired before submission. In those cases, the failed attempt doesn't spend a credit from your plan, so you don't lose volume because of a problem on the job board's side. If you notice repeated failures or want a specific case reviewed, contact support through the website chat.

Resumes & AI detection

Will my resume look AI-generated to recruiters?

Our resumes are designed to stay professional, natural, and ATS-friendly. The goal is to produce resumes that are optimized for applicant tracking systems while still sounding authentic and personalized to each user's experience.

Does AiApply put its branding or watermark on my resume PDF?

No, AiApply does not add any branding or watermark to your resume PDF.

Does AiApply send from a bot-looking email address?

When you sign up for Auto Apply, we create an inbox on your behalf that's used to process your applications efficiently. This inbox cannot be changed, since it's necessary for the system to successfully complete and track applications during the automation process. You can enable email forwarding from Preferences, then Quick Settings ("Also CC my email") to receive a copy of every relevant message in your personal inbox.

How is my resume tailored for each individual job?

With the Auto Customize tailoring subscription, the system generates a job-specific resume for each application using your profile information and that role's job posting. You don't need to do anything per application: once the tailoring feature is activated, each application automatically receives its own customized resume aligned to the role's requirements. To get fully optimized results, complete and edit the resume generated by the system first, since the customized versions are built from that base resume. You can review the exact resume submitted for any application from your dashboard by opening the job and clicking the Review tab.

Will recruiters know I used AiApply?

The materials a recruiter sees carry no AiApply branding or watermark: your resume and cover letter are generated to look professional, natural, and ATS-friendly, tailored to each role from your own experience, so they read as standard application documents rather than anything labelled as AI-generated. The one visible difference is the email address applications are sent from. When you sign up for Auto Apply, we create a dedicated inbox to process and track your applications, and this address cannot be changed. You can enable email forwarding from Preferences, then Quick Settings ("Also CC my email") so a copy of every recruiter message also reaches your personal inbox. Accounts are individual, so your information stays tied to your own profile.

Can I see my ATS score before and after tailoring?

You can view your ATS score after tailoring, but not before. The tailoring process is what generates the score, so there's no pre-tailoring number to compare against.

Can I create multiple resumes for different roles?

Yes. The Resumes section on the left-side menu shows all resumes you've uploaded or created, and you can add as many as you need. You can designate any one of them as your base resume, either via Settings, then Preferences, then Base Resume, or by opening Resumes, clicking the three dots on the resume you want, and choosing "Set as Base Resume." Each resume can be edited manually in the editor or refined with "Edit with AI" using natural-language instructions (for example, making it more formal, shortening it, or tailoring it to a technical role).

How do I translate my resume to another language?

The Resume Builder includes a feature to translate or duplicate your resume into other languages. If you need step-by-step guidance for triggering it from within the editor, contact support and the team can walk you through it.

Can I edit a resume after exporting it?

You can re-edit any resume in the Resume Builder at any time and then export it again as a PDF or share it via a link. Open the Resumes panel, click "Edit" on the resume you want to change, and make edits manually or with the "Edit with AI" option in the bottom-right corner. Once you're happy with the changes, export the updated PDF. Editing an already-exported PDF file directly isn't supported: the editing happens inside the builder.

Does customization happen before or after I apply?

Customization happens as part of each application. When Auto Apply submits to a role, the system generates a job-specific resume (if you have the customized resume subscription) and a cover letter (if the application requests one) using your profile information and that role's job posting, and those tailored documents are what get submitted. After the application is sent, you can review the exact resume and cover letter used by opening the job from your dashboard and clicking the Review tab.

Will the customized resume use my real work history, or invent things?

The customized resume is built from your base resume and profile information, aligned to the specific job posting; it doesn't generate content from nothing. This is why the recommendation is to complete and edit the resume generated by the system first: anything you want employers to see (experience, skills, achievements) needs to be in your base resume so it can appear in the tailored versions. If a customized resume or cover letter you received doesn't seem to match your background or the job posting, contact support so the team can review your specific case.

Cover letters & application kits

How does AiApply tailor cover letters per job?

For Auto Apply, cover letters are generated and submitted automatically whenever a job application requests one, with no manual setup per application. The system uses your profile information and the job posting to create a cover letter tailored to that specific role. It's not currently possible to upload a personal cover letter, since the system generates cover letters itself. For manual use, the Premium Cover Letter Generator lets you paste a job description on its page and creates a personalized cover letter from it.

What is an Application Kit?

The Application Kit is a Premium tool that instantly generates everything you need to apply for a specific job in one go: a resume tailored to the job description, an AI-generated cover letter personalized for the role, and a follow-up email template for contacting HR after applying. To create one, open the Application Kit tool and provide the job description. From the Application Kits section in the left-side menu, you can open any kit, download the resume and cover letter as PDFs, and copy the follow-up email. If a kit comes back blank, simplify the job description and remove bullet points or special symbols.

Can I review the cover letter before it's submitted?

For Auto Apply submissions, the cover letter is reviewable after the fact, not before: open the job from your dashboard and click the Review tab to see the exact cover letter that was submitted, alongside the resume and any application questions answered. If you want pre-submission review, use Review Mode in Auto Apply, which holds every suggested job for your approval before applying. For manual workflows, Premium's Cover Letter Generator and Application Kit always let you review and edit cover letters before sending them anywhere yourself.

Does AiApply use the actual job description to write the cover letter?

Yes. In Auto Apply, customized cover letters are generated from your profile information and the specific job posting for each application. In Premium, the Cover Letter Generator takes the job description you paste in and uses it to personalize the letter for that role. In the Application Kit, you provide the job description directly and the system generates a tailored resume, cover letter, and follow-up email all based on that posting.

Interview tools

How does Interview Buddy work?

Interview Buddy is a desktop app (Windows and macOS) that supports you in real time during live job interviews. It listens to the interviewer and provides on-the-go assistance so you can answer questions more confidently. It's designed to be invisible to screen sharing, so the interviewer won't see it if you're asked to share your screen. Important: the app only detects audio from the interviewer, not from your microphone, so testing it alone won't produce any output. From Settings, you can configure your default profile (job interview, sales call, negotiation, or business meeting), add details like experience level and industry, and pick a language (English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese).

Does Interview Buddy work with Zoom?

Yes, Interview Buddy works with Zoom, but the recommendation is to run Zoom in your web browser rather than the desktop app. The reason: Zoom's default behavior is to show all open windows on screen unless you disable that setting in the configuration, which could expose the app. Microsoft Teams is also supported, and the same browser recommendation applies as a precaution against future changes. Interview Buddy itself runs on Windows and macOS.

Can I use Interview Buddy as a real-time copilot during a live interview?

Yes, that's exactly what Interview Buddy is built for. It runs in the background on your desktop during a live interview, listens to the interviewer, and provides real-time suggestions to help you answer questions more confidently. It's invisible to screen sharing, so other call participants won't see it. Keep in mind it only picks up the interviewer's audio, not yours, which is why testing it alone produces no output. Configure your profile (role, experience level, industry, communication style, language) in Settings before your call so suggestions are tailored to your situation.

What's the difference between the mock interview tool and Interview Buddy?

They cover different stages. Mock Interviews is for practicing before the interview: it generates a personalized interview based on a job and your resume, asks you questions one at a time in text, scores your answers, and gives feedback you can review on your own time. Interview Buddy is for during the live interview itself: it's a desktop app that listens to the interviewer and provides real-time suggestions while you're on the actual call with the employer. Short version: use Mock Interviews to rehearse, and Interview Buddy when the real conversation is happening.

Can I do a mock interview without a job posting?

No, a job posting is required to generate a mock interview. When you click "New Job Interview," you must either select a job saved in your Job Board or paste a job description manually before clicking "Generate." The AI uses the job posting together with your selected resume to tailor the interview questions to the role.

Can I redo a mock interview I already finished?

Completed mock interviews remain available in the Mock Interviews panel: you can click "View" on any past session to revisit it, or delete it using the trash can icon. For practicing the same role multiple times, the recommended approach is to create a new mock interview for the same role or job posting and track how your answers improve across attempts. Sessions that disconnect before you click "Finish Interview" can't be resumed and must be restarted from the beginning.

What languages does Interview Buddy support?

Interview Buddy currently supports ten languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. You can set your preferred language in the Settings panel when configuring your default profile.

Can I use Mock Interviews and Interview Buddy together?

Yes, they're built for different stages of the same process. Use Mock Interviews to rehearse before an interview is scheduled: practice answers, get scored feedback, and refine your responses. Then use Interview Buddy during the live interview itself for real-time support while you're on the call. Many users prep with Mock Interviews for a few days, then run Interview Buddy in the actual conversation. Both are available on premium plans.

Results & outcomes

How long until I start getting interview calls?

It's possible to start receiving your first interview invitations during the first week of using Auto Apply. Because of this, regularly check your Auto Apply inbox for interview invitations and requests to complete assessments on company work portals. If an assessment is required, the application details will include the login credentials needed to access the company portal. You can also enable email forwarding from Preferences, then Quick Settings ("Also CC my email") so a copy of every relevant message is sent to your personal inbox.

How many applications can AiApply submit?

The daily cap in Auto Apply is 70 applications. The total volume depends on your plan: 100, 250, 600, 750, 1,000, or 2,000 applications. Users on 100- or 250-application plans on Auto Mode with flexible criteria may complete their entire queue within the first week. If you run out of credits, you can wait for the subscription to renew or purchase additional credits via the "Buy More Credits" button on the Auto Apply dashboard. Note: you can only buy more credits as an upgrade, you cannot repurchase the same subscription while it's still active. Mock Interviews on a premium subscription have no cap on the number of sessions.

Does AiApply actually work?

Yes. AiApply helps job seekers save time and apply more efficiently by automating parts of the application process and providing tools like ATS-optimized resumes, cover letter generation, mock interviews, and Auto Apply. Many users have successfully used the platform to increase the number of applications they submit, improve organization during their search, and secure interviews more quickly. Results vary depending on factors like experience, market conditions, and application criteria, but the goal is to make the job search faster, easier, and more effective.

What results can I realistically expect in the first 30 days?

In the first 24 hours, users on Auto Mode with flexible criteria can generally expect up to 70 applications submitted (the daily limit). Strict criteria or Review/Hybrid Mode will lower that. In the first week, 100- and 250-application plans on Auto Mode with flexible criteria may complete their full queue, and first interview invitations can start arriving, so check your Auto Apply inbox regularly for invitations and assessment requests. Fit scores tend to be highest early on (the most compatible jobs are prioritized) and may drop slightly as the queue progresses. If too few jobs are being found, broadening your criteria is the recommended adjustment.

International & location

Does AiApply work outside the US?

Yes, AiApply works worldwide.

Does AiApply work in my country?

AiApply works in all countries. However, the number of available job opportunities may vary depending on the size of the country and the availability of local job boards. If you're searching for in-person jobs, results will also depend on the local job market in your area.

Can I filter jobs by location?

Yes. Location is one of the criteria you can set in Job Preferences (accessed via Preferences from your dashboard). You can update location preferences along with profile details, salary expectations, and other filters. Changes take effect immediately, and if Auto Apply is already running, it will use your updated preferences for new matches right away. Note that very narrow location preferences are one of the strict-criteria signals that can reduce the number of jobs found and applied to each day.

Account, setup & cancellation

How do I upload my resume?

For Auto Apply, you upload the resume inside the form during setup; this is the resume used for all applications if you don't have the Customized Resume tool enabled. You can change which resume is used at any time from Preferences, then Quick Settings by clicking "Use This Resume" on the resume you want, and you can edit it beforehand with "Edit." For Premium's Resume Builder, you can upload an existing base file and the system will use it to create or update a resume based on your job goals. To change your base resume later, go to Settings, then Preferences, then Base Resume, or open Resumes, click the three dots on the resume you want, and choose "Set as Base Resume."

How do I set up Auto Apply for the first time?

After purchasing your subscription, complete the form; this captures your preferences and the resume to be used. Once submitted, the system starts searching for matching jobs and submitting applications, up to the daily limit of 70. What you see in the first 24 hours depends on two factors: how strict or flexible your criteria are, and your tool mode (Auto, Hybrid, or Review). Flexible criteria plus Auto Mode generally produces the most applications fast; strict criteria or modes that require approval will be slower. After setup, check the Auto Apply dashboard for your queue and inbox, and refine preferences any time from Preferences, then Quick Settings.

Why is AiApply stuck and not applying to jobs?

Check your queue status from the Auto Apply dashboard. Possible statuses: Pending (subscription purchased but the form isn't complete yet, finish the form), Paused (you paused it, resume from the dashboard), System Paused (the system paused it automatically, commonly due to resume or form errors, contact support), Inactive Subscription (the subscription wasn't used for several days and switched to inactive), or Done (the queue is complete). If criteria are very strict (narrow location, very specific job titles, particular seniority) few jobs will be found; broadening criteria is the recommended fix. If none of this resolves it, contact support through the website chat.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscription cancellations are managed from the Billing section in your Account Settings. There's a separate Cancel button for each active subscription, so if you have multiple (e.g., Premium plus Auto Apply), you need to cancel each one individually; any subscription left active will keep renewing automatically. For Premium specifically: go to Account Settings, then Billing and you'll find the cancel option there. If you'd rather temporarily stop Auto Apply submissions without cancelling, you can pause your queue directly from the Auto Apply dashboard at any time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from Account Settings, then Billing. Auto Apply subscriptions are also cancelled from Account Settings, then Billing, with a separate Cancel button for each active subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions and want to cancel them all, you must cancel each one individually, since any active subscription will continue renewing. As an alternative to cancelling Auto Apply, you can pause your queue from the Auto Apply dashboard at any time to stop applications temporarily without ending the subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds may be granted if you report a reproducible and verified technical issue that materially prevents access to or proper use of the service. You'll need to provide reasonable evidence: screenshots, error messages, and steps to reproduce the issue. Note that Auto Apply is a non-refundable product: due to the nature of the service and the resources involved, refunds are not available after applications have been submitted. If you experience any issues with your applications or believe something didn't work as expected, contact [email protected] and the team will review your case.

How do I forward emails from the AiApply inbox to my personal email?

Go to Preferences, then Quick Settings and enable "Also CC my email" to forward emails from the Auto Apply inbox to your personal inbox. Once enabled, you'll receive a copy of every relevant message, including interview invitations and assessment requests, directly in your own email account. This is particularly useful in the first week of Auto Apply, when first interview invitations may start arriving.

Edge cases & special situations

Does AiApply apply to jobs that require visa sponsorship?

Yes, whenever you select a location where you want to work, you'll see options to specify your legal work status for that country: whether you're a citizen, a resident, or need a work visa. You can also indicate whether you already hold a visa and which type. This way, Auto Apply targets jobs that match your actual eligibility and visa situation in each location you're searching in.

Can I use AiApply for internships or entry-level roles only?

You can apply to entry-level roles through AiApply, but internships are not currently supported. If your search is focused entirely on entry-level positions, you can configure your job titles, seniority, and other criteria in Preferences, then Job Preferences so Auto Apply only targets roles at that level.

Can two people share one AiApply subscription?

No, accounts are individual. All the tools work with the information of the person who created the account: the resume, the application form, job preferences, customized resumes and cover letters, and Auto Apply submissions are all tied to that single profile. Sharing an account would cause information to get mixed between users, which could result in a resume containing details from another person or an Auto Apply submission going out with crossed information. Each user should have their own subscription.
