Job summary

The Team Member is responsible for interacting with customers, supporting sales, performing various store tasks, and delivering excellent customer service, including operating equipment and maintaining store cleanliness, with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

The Team Member is responsible for delivering a legendary customer experience by greeting customers, recommending products, and processing sales. Additional duties include maintaining store appearance, handling freight, and caring for live poultry.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required, though retail or agricultural knowledge is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating store equipment.
