Job summary

The Senior Product Manager for the Agentic AI Platform at Duck Creek Technologies is responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for AI platform capabilities, including agent orchestration, lifecycle management, governance, and observability. The role involves translating AI strategies into technical requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI agents in insurance industry applications.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager owns the roadmap execution and capability definition for the Agentic AI Platform, translating strategy into actionable product requirements. They collaborate across engineering, data science, and security teams to ensure the safe, scalable, and compliant deployment of AI agents.

Qualifications

AI explainability and traceability AI governance AI platform management automated workflows cross-functional collaboration data orchestration epic and feature writing product roadmap scalable platform patterns security and compliance

Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in technical product management or related fields with a strong background in AI, machine learning, or enterprise platforms. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline is required.
