Job summary

Support the day-to-day running of a busy education catering operation by assisting with food preparation, serving, maintaining cleanliness, operating tills, and supporting the catering team to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

The Catering Assistant will support the daily catering operation by preparing and serving food while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. They are also responsible for operating tills, managing stock, and ensuring excellent customer service for students and staff.

Qualifications

Cash Handling Communication Customer Service Food Hygiene Food Preparation Food Replenishment Health and Safety Kitchen Duties Serving Food Teamwork

Candidates should possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in catering or customer service is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
