Job summary

Assist physicians and care teams by performing patient intake, routine examinations, and basic medical procedures in a primary care setting. Support patient communication, health coaching, and ensure safety compliance. Provide coverage outside primary center as needed, with a focus on compassionate patient care for seniors.

Responsibilities

The Medical Assistant supports the primary care provider by conducting patient intake, performing diagnostic tests, and managing daily clinical tasks. They also provide health coaching and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a focus on patient experience.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a high school diploma and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent vocational training. A minimum of one year of work experience as a Medical Assistant and BLS certification are required.
