Lead the Americas industrial sales growth agenda, with a focus on increasing US market share, profitable growth, and expansion into new verticals and geographies. Set regional sales strategy and operating rhythms, develop a geographically dispersed team, manage strategic partners, and coordinate with corporate and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Requires 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in industrial or EPC environments, with success leading multi-channel, cross-regional teams and winning complex projects. A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with strong financial, communication, negotiation, CRM, and executive relationship skills and willingness to travel up to 70%.
