Job summary

The Care Assistant role involves providing person-centered care to residents, supporting their independence, and working as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of care. Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support for residents' physical and mental well-being, including assistance with nutrition and daily activities. Maintain accurate care plans and document any changes in resident behavior in accordance with legal requirements.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, motivated attitude. Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification is considered desirable.
