Job summary

Provide community-based nursing care in group homes for adults with complex needs, focusing on medical management, crisis response, staff training, and ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide medical and medication oversight for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or mental illness in community-based group homes. Respond to emergencies and crises, train staff, document incidents, and maintain compliance with applicable medical and medication requirements.

Qualifications

An active Massachusetts LPN license, a driver's license, and a reliable car are required; experience supporting mental health needs is also sought.
