Job summary

The role involves owning and managing AI-native products end-to-end, embedding with clients, defining success metrics, and working in real enterprise environments to develop and refine AI solutions, primarily involving large language models (LLMs). The candidate will lead product strategy, collaborate on setting quality standards, and coach team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

You will own an AI-native product portfolio end-to-end, from problem definition and prototyping to launch and performance monitoring in production. You will work embedded with enterprise customers to build and tune AI agents against real-world data and edge cases.

Qualifications

The role requires over eight years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping LLM-based products to enterprise customers. You must be capable of performing your own data analysis and possess strong skills in defining quality bars and evaluation frameworks for AI agents.
