The Registered Nurse (RN) 2 is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for a group of population-specific patients in a hospital setting, adhering to standards and using sound judgment. Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and skills in patient care, collaboration, medication administration, and documentation.

Responsibilities

The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients with multi-system issues in a safe environment. They collaborate with healthcare teams, administer medications, and serve as a resource person or preceptor for other staff.
