Responsibilities

The Principal Software Engineer will provide strategic technical guidance and lead the development of high-performance software solutions for core equities trading backends. They will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges and drive innovation in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Core Java enterprise-scale solution design Linux messaging protocols (ITCH, OUCH, FIX) software architecture systems integration TCP stack

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 12 years of experience in software engineering within low latency environments. Deep expertise in Linux, Core Java, and the TCP stack is required, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
