Job summary

A part-time registered nurse (RN) in an acute care unit caring for post-surgical and medical patients, responsible for assessment, care planning, supervision, and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, and implement personalized care for post-surgical and medical patients in an acute care setting. They are also responsible for coordinating care with LPNs and PCAs while facilitating communication between physicians and families.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license. While a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
