Job summary

Experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, asset management, and safety compliance in a building services environment. Requires knowledge of air conditioning, UPS, generators, LV systems, and formal training in electrical installations.

Responsibilities

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure site safety and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will manage engineering assets, maintain accurate maintenance records, and prepare safety documentation for all tasks.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold formal training in City and Guilds Electrical Installations or equivalent NVQ in Building Services maintenance. Possession of the 18th Edition BS7671 certification is also required.
