Job summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, including stocking supplies and tools, completing room checklists, and restocking rooms. Support laundry and additional cleaning projects as assigned while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized hotel and providing friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

Hospitality or customer-facing experience is preferred, along with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow procedures and work effectively under pressure. Applicants must be at least 18, communicate and resolve concerns effectively, and be able to meet the role’s physical demands and varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
