Seeking a people-focused Practice Manager to lead the orthodontic practice in Dorking. Responsible for operations, team leadership, financial management, and compliance, with a focus on delivering excellent patient service in a dentistry setting.

Responsibilities

The Practice Manager is responsible for leading the team, managing daily operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to patients. They will also oversee financial performance, including P&L and budgets, while maintaining full compliance and operational standards.

Qualifications
