Job summary

Provides care coordination, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, direct clinical care, parent training, and outreach services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Coordinates community resources and supports families and providers through assessments, planning, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Provides diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and direct clinical care for children and adolescents with ASD and IDD. Conducts outreach, community education, and care coordination to support families and NCH providers.

Qualifications

Care Coordination Clinical Care Community Resources Connection Data Entry Diagnostic Assessments Outreach and Education Parent Training Psychoeducational/Supportive Services Safety Protocols Treatment Planning

Requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology, along with appropriate independent Ohio licensure. Candidates must have at least one year of specialized experience in the care and management of autism spectrum and intellectual developmental disabilities.
