Job summary

Senior Support Worker at Gold Care Homes, responsible for leading care teams, delivering person-centred care, supporting residents with learning disabilities, Autism, and ADHD, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of support workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care for residents with learning disabilities, Autism, and ADHD. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain accurate records while promoting resident independence.

Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the care sector and an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Candidates must have a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and be available to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
