Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager leads the full project lifecycle for unmanned forklift deployments, including planning, on-site setup, commissioning, and validation. They serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering teams and customers, ensuring successful integration with warehouse systems and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

Automation projects CAD drawing interpretation English communication Factory Automation Logistics Automation PLC, WMS, MES integration Project Management Robotics System Integration Unmanned forklifts

Candidates must have at least 2 years of project management experience in system integration or automation, with a strong background in robotics or AGV/AMR technologies. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, along with the ability to travel for extended on-site assignments.
